Maintenance Subscriptions

Q: What’s included in a subscription plan?

Each plan includes scheduled visits (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly), a maintenance checklist, and built-in handyman time. Tasks include filter changes, seasonal checks, minor repairs, and more—tailored to your home’s size and service level.

Q: How do I choose the right plan?

Start by selecting your home size: Compact, Classic, or Grand. Then choose your service tier: Core, Plus, or Prime. You can always upgrade or adjust after your first walkthrough.

Q: Is there a contract or cancellation policy?

Plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. No long-term contracts required.

Q: What kind of handyman work is included?

Each visit includes dedicated handyman time:

  • Core: 30 minutes

  • Plus: 1 hour

  • Prime: Up to 2 hours + priority scheduling

    This covers light repairs, touch-ups, minor fixes, and punch list items. Larger jobs may require additional billing or project quotes.

 

Equipment Rentals

Q: What equipment do you rent?

We rent a Bobcat E42 excavator with Engcon tiltrotator and a range of skid steer attachments including augers, grapples, trenching buckets, brush cutters, and pallet forks.

Q: How are rentals priced?

Equipment is available for daily, weekly, or monthly rental. Delivery and pickup are available for an additional fee. Contact us for a custom quote.

Q: Do I need my own machine to rent attachments?

Yes. Our skid steer attachments are available for rent only if you have your own compatible machine. We’ll help confirm fit and functionality before your rental is finalized. If you need a full setup, consider renting our Bobcat E42 with Engcon tiltrotator.
