CORE – Essential Maintenance, Done Right

For homeowners who want the basics handled—reliably and on schedule.

Includes:

  • Filter replacements (HVAC, range, etc.)

  • Smoke & CO detector battery checks

  • Visual inspections (plumbing, electrical, exterior)

  • Light bulb replacement (client-supplied)

  • Seasonal checklist review

  • Handyman Time: 1hr per visit, Ideal for: Quick fixes like door adjustments, changing batteries, reattaching fixtures, tightening hardware.

🔹 Visit frequency: Quarterly

🔹 Best for: Apartments, seasonal homes, or hands-on homeowners looking for support

PLUS – Comprehensive Seasonal Care

For those who want a worry-free rhythm to home upkeep—inside and out.

Everything in CORE, plus:

  • Gutter & drainage inspections

  • Dryer vent inspection and cleaning

  • Minor handyman tasks (up to 1 hr/visit)

  • HVAC prep (filters, seasonal startup checks)

  • Weatherproofing and caulking review

  • Handyman Time: 1 hour per visit, Ideal for: Minor repairs like hardware swaps, small drywall patches, furniture adjustments, weatherproofing.

🔹 Visit frequency: Monthly

🔹 Best for: Full-time homeowners, families, or those needing consistent help

PRIME – Concierge Home Management

For busy professionals, remote homeowners, or anyone who wants it all handled.

Everything in PLUS, plus:

  • Appliance maintenance (fridge coils, washer/dryer)

  • Vendor coordination (HVAC, pest, landscaping)

  • On-demand service requests (within 48 hrs)

  • Bi-annual full-home walkthrough & report

  • Personalized checklist & service calendar

  • Dedicated client contact line

  • Handyman Time: Up to 2 hours per visit + priority scheduling, Ideal for: Larger task lists, more complex repairs, or clients who don’t want to think about maintenance at all.

🔹 Visit frequency: Monthly + on-call

🔹 Best for: Large homes, vacation properties, and clients seeking high-touch service

Parts and supplies are not included in the plan.
